Busy Bee is hands down the best spot in San Pedro for sandwiches! The bread is always fresh, and the ingredients are top quality. Every bite is packed with flavor, and the portion sizes are perfect. The staff is super friendly, and they make you feel like a regular even on your first visit. Just a heads up, it's cash only, so make sure you bring some with you, and parking can be a bit difficult. But once you get in and take a bite, it's totally worth it. Highly recommend if you're craving an amazing sandwich!

This is one of the best sandwich spots in all of San Pedro. The Belly Buster in any meat is the best option in my opinion. The service, cleanliness and quality of food is excellent.

Sandwiches are amazing but know the price is wrong and sometimes double for hot sandwiches for sure. They are not in charge of this yelp or their website apparently. So the prices are not accurate. FYI and they cash money only

Holy heck! I've been going to the beaches since the late 80's. How did I not know of this place? It is tucked away in a residential neighborhood and there is only street parking. I had to circle around like five times on a Saturday afternoon (2:30pm). But it was well worth it! Line was three people deep when I got there. I had no idea what to get. There was another guy behind me, his first time too. First you have to pick hot or cold sandwich, then the meat! When the server called me over, I told him I didn't know what to get. He was not very nice. He just said what do you want. I finally chose a hot belly buster with brisket and roast beef. He looked at me like I had a weird combo, but off he went to go make it. While waiting, I looked around and they have chips and drinks in their little market. Anything to go with the sandwich. The store is small, but packed with essentials! Still looks like a market from the 80's/90's! He came back with a better attitude and started talking to me and asked me if this was for myself. Ummm...HECK YES! We talked for a second and he wished me well on eating the sandwich! When I went to go pay at the register, the cashier was really nice. I asked him what is the best time to come as I wanted to come on a weekday, he replied with you just missed the rush! Everybody is so friendly, makes me wanna come back again to try the other meats! I took my sandwich to the beach/cliffs. The thing was heavy and huge! As big as my leg! I would get 4, if not 5 servings outta this. The brisket is the winner of two meats, but the roast beef is good too! Maybe get the roast beef cold. Cash only! ATM inside.

Best Sandwiches around San Pedro; come early, come hungry, and bring cash. There is an ATM on site just incase you forget. You wont regret it! Except maybe eating too much or wanting another sandwich. Great variety of drinks on site the macaroni salad is to die for they have pickles all their meat selection are amazing I recommend the Belly Buster your choice of two meats its packed on there with mayo and mustard (see pictures) I got the Pastrami and Roast Beef and a RC Cola. Bring you family and friends here you can never go wrong with Busy Bee Market. Ambience is nice chill, it is inside a little market, so they have drinks, chips, and anything else your heart desires, you grab your food and pay at the register, you can eat onsite or take it to go your choice. Delicious! My office ordered lunch for a party of 10. Pick up was smooth and easy. It was my first time trying this establishment and was very impressed with the quality of sandwiches. I ordered the torpedo and appreciated the freshness of the bread and all other ingredients. Definitely recommend this place!

Best pastrami and serving size at the best price! Depending on the day, but worth the wait. Ive heard people tell stories of how far they drive for the sandwiches, as far as eagle rock. We drive from LAX. Only able to on Saturdays. Well worth it!

First time trying this sandwich place. My boyfriend say this is a must to try for sandwich. This place been here more than a decade. Once I walk in the place, there are chips and drink then you will encounter the area where they make the sandwich. I got the turkey pastrami which is a first I ever since ( I don't eat beef so I was happy) I order the hot turkey pastrami sandwich and my boyfriend got the brisket add sausage. The server was quick and nice. Would come back and recommend people to come.

My bf who grew up in San Pedro told me this was the spot to get sandwiches and TikTok had videos telling me it's a must so I told him we had to visit. The first day we got the meatball sandwich. OMG the first bite of the meatball, I was in love. I had to tell my bf that his homemade meatballs do not compare, lol. Second day we got the Italian sausage sandwich and order of meatballs. The Italian sausage was good, but meatballs are the winner. The line at 11:15am the second day the line was almost out the door and I understand why. They have a variety of drinks and chips to pair with sandwiches. The meatball sandwich is messy, but so good!
